The 2025 Bazonzopoly is sponsored by Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion may engage certain third parties to administer various aspects of the Game on its behalf. In these Official Rules, the term Sponsor includes those third parties. Note: No Purchase of Bazonzoes products or other products is required to play the Game and making such a purchase will not increase or affect a Participant’s (defined below) chances of winning a Prize (defined below) in the Game. Go to Rule III.B. for information respecting how to play or enter without a purchase. 

Also Note: A Participant will need a Bazonzoes account (defined below) in order to claim Prizes (as defined below) in portions of the Game. General Terms Used In These Official Rules: 

In these Official Rules, a person who is eligible to participate in the Game is referred to as a “Participant”. 

The Game is open only to residents of Michigan who are eligible to participate in the Game, as described in Rule II below. Except as otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules, all times mentioned in these Official Rules are local time (“Local Time” or “LT”), which refers to the time of day at the location of a particular Game Participant in Michigan. The period during which a Participant can play the Game is called the “Game Period” and is defined in Rule I below. 

A game piece (a “Game Piece”) includes a unique three digit, alphanumeric code (“Game Stamp Code” or “Code”), which a Participant uses to claim a Prize. As described in these Official Rules, except in the case of Instant Win Prizes (Prizes consisting of a cannabis item, as more particularly described in these Official Rules), it is necessary for a Participant to have a Code to claim a Prize. The term “Prize” refers to “Instant Prizes” and “Non-instant Prizes” that are available to be won by Participants in the Game. The term “ARV” means the approximate retail value of the applicable Prize and does not include applicable taxes. Note that all ARVs and dollar values in these Official Rules are stated in US dollars (unless otherwise stated). The term “Game Materials” means, without limitation, any original Game Stamp(s), any Code(s), any document such as the declaration and release (a “Declaration and Release”) as well as any other document(s) which the Sponsor and/or the Redemption Centre (defined below), in its/their sole discretion, requires a Participant to complete and provide in order to properly claim a Prize in the Game. An “instant winning” Game Stamp (an “Instant Win Game Stamp”) is a single Game Stamp which potentially may win a Prize (an “Instant Win Prize”) in the Game. A “Collect to Win Game Stamp” is a Game Stamp that is part of a potential winning combination of Game Stamps in the Game. The combination of Collect to Win Game.

 

Stamps that must be collected in order to form a potential winning combination for a Prize in the Game is called a “Winning Combination”. The term “Game Entities” means in respect of the Game, collectively, the Sponsor. The term “Prize Claim Process” means completing the instructions to claim a Prize. The term “Prize Partners” means, collectively: Wyld, Good Tide, Jeeter, 710 Labs, Redemption, Mitten Extracts, Sauce, Element, Potpots, LOCO, Snowhitez, iLL Exotics, and Freight Train all participating in the Game. The term “Redemption Centre” means the organization, retained by the Sponsor, that is responsible for dealing with matters involved in the verification of applicable Prize claims, the redemption of verified winning Instant Win Game Stamps and verified Winning Combinations, conducting the Prize Draws, contacting Prize Draw winners and, subject to these Official Rules, the fulfillment of  Prizes in the Game. Note: Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, before any Participant who is a potential winner of a Prize in the Game can be declared a winner of the applicable Prize, they first must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (the “Skill-Testing Question”) without assistance of any kind, whether electronic, mechanical or other. The Skill-Testing Question will be provided to potential winners of Prizes in the manner specified in these Official Rules. 

 

Official Rules And The Sponsor’s Decisions Bind Participants: 

Refer to Rule IV for a list of the Prizes available to be won in the Game and the chances of winning each such Prize, as of the start of the Game Period.

Game Period: Begins March 10th, 2025, ends April 20, 2025 

Instant Prize Deadline: May 1, 2025

Claim Deadline: 11:59:59 p.m. on July 1, 2025 

Prize Claim 

Rule II: Who Is Eligible To Play The Game. 

1. Who Can Play: 

Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules including, without limitation, the restrictions on eligibility set out below in Rule II.B., the Game is open only to residents of Michigan. The game requires that the participant be twenty one years of age or older to participate. 

1. Restrictions On Eligibility: Individuals Who Are Not Eligible To Participate In The Game: 

Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate in, or to win a Prize in, the Game: (a) any person who, on or after January 1, 2024, was or is a director, officer, employee, member, manager, agent or franchisee of any one or more of the following: any of the Game Entities, or any one or more of their respective divisions, parents, siblings, children,  subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, representatives, service agencies or independent contractors; (b) any individual engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Game including the Redemption Centre; (c) any person who, on or after January 1, 2024, was or is a director, officer, member, manager, agent or franchisee/dealer of one or more of the Prize Partners, or of any Prize Partner’s divisions, parent company, subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies, dealers and dealerships, franchisees, representatives, service agencies or independent contractors; however, the employees of such Prize Partners may participate in the Game but are not eligible to receive and may not claim any Prize supplied or provided by the Prize Partner or by an affiliated or parent company of the Prize Partner for which they work; and (d) any person who is or purports to be an immediate family member (defined as spouse, dependent for federal income tax purposes, siblings, or step-, biological, foster, in-law or adoptive parents, siblings or children) of, or who resides or is domiciled in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. 

Rule III: How To Obtain A Game Board, How To Obtain A Game Piece Bearing Game Stamps, The Game Schedule And Transfers Of Game Stamps. 

1. How To Obtain A Game Board: 

A Game Board is not required to play the Game. A Participant can obtain an official game board (a “Game Board”) for the Game in one or more of the following ways: 

while supplies last, at any participating Bazonzoes locations; 

at the sole discretion of the Sponsor via direct mail, or newspaper insert, or otherwise until the Game ends; and 

by visiting www.bazonzoesmi.com. Note that if a Participant uses the Bazonzoes Website to obtain a Game Board, they must print out the Game Board at their own cost. 

1. How To Obtain A Game Piece To Play The Game: 

As described below, Game Pieces can be obtained, while supplies last, at a participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers on specially-marked packages of cannabis items to which Game Pieces are affixed, or a Participant can get a Game Piece without making a purchase. 

1. How To Get A Game Piece On Specially-Marked Packages By Making A Cannabis Purchase In The Game: 

A Participant can get a Game Piece by visiting a participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Center during the Game Period and purchasing a cannabis product that is contained in specially-marked packages, available while supplies last. One Game Piece is affixed to the following specially-marked cannabis items from participating brands: Baby Jeeters, Sauce Smokes, Snowhitez, Seed Junky hash hole, Wyld 200 mg, Good Tide, Dream Caramel 200 mg, Dream Caramel multipacks, 710 Labs infused noodle doinks, Element disposable cartridges, Seed Junky Primos, Quick Smokes ounce, 710 Labs Persey sauce or badder, Mitten Extracts Minis, Sauce Reserve carts, LOCO concentrate, Element prerolls, Freight Train multipacks, Redemption kief, Redemption RSO, and Redemption multipacks.

Specially-marked packages referred to above are available for the applicable menu item during the hours when that menu item is served, while supplies last. As the Game progresses, some forms of the specially-marked packages referred to above may run out before others and may not be replenished. Refer to the planned Game schedule below. 

2. How To Get A Game Piece In The Game Without Making A Purchase: 

A Participant has an alternative means of entry into the Game (an “AMOE”). A Participant can request a Game Piece, without buying a cannabis item, by mailing a request (a “Request”) as follows: the Request must be mailed in a postage-paid outer envelope; 

the Participant’s complete return mailing address must be included on the outer envelope; 

within the outer envelope there must be one self-addressed envelope that uses the Participant’s complete mailing address; 

the self-addressed envelope must bear sufficient return postage; the outer envelope must be mailed to:

Note: Do Not Send Any Potential Winning Game Materials, Comments Or Questions To This Address. Each Request must be mailed in a separate outer envelope (i.e., only one Request per outer envelope). Both the mailing and return addresses on the exterior envelope must be legible. Envelopes with no return address or postage on the outside will not be honoured. Requests that fail in any way to comply with the requirements set out above in this sub-paragraph or that are not mailed separately (i.e., only one Request per outer envelope) bearing sufficient postage will not be honoured. While supplies last, one Game Piece will be mailed in response to each Request that complies with these requirements up to five (5) per person. The outer envelopes bearing the Requests must be postmarked no sooner than February 10, 2025, and no later than May 1, 2025, and actually received at the above address no later than April 10, 2025, to allow adequate time for processing. 

Note Carefully: Game Stamps are null and void and will be rejected if the Sponsor finds that they were not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels. “Legitimate Channels” do not include purchasing or obtaining Game Stamps online or at live auctions. If any part of any Game Stamp is counterfeited, or if any Game Stamp comes from other games or promotions, or if any part of any Game Stamp is illegible in whole or in part, washed, erased, mutilated, eaten, damaged or tampered with in any way, or if any Game Stamp contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical errors or omissions, the Game Stamp will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the decisions of the Sponsor and the Redemption Centre shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Game, including, without limitation, a potential Prize winner’s eligibility to win a Prize and/or the validity, state or status of Game Stamps submitted for verification. Only Game Stamps with the 2025 Bazonzopoly artwork will be accepted for verification. Any person attempting in any way to forge or alter any Game Stamps or to create materials in an apparent attempt to defraud or mislead the Sponsor in any way in connection with the 2025 Bazonzoply Game will be disqualified from participation in the Game and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted under the law. 

1. The Planned Game Schedule: 

It is planned that Game Pieces will be available in participating Bazonzoes on specially-marked packages beginning on or about March 10th, 2025, and ending on or about May 1st, 2025. However, Game Pieces that remain in participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers in on May 2nd, 2025, will be distributed to the public until they are gone (but in no event later than the Prize redemption deadline of 11:59:59 p.m. on July 1, 2025), at which point the Game will end. As a result, as the Game progresses, some participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers may complete distribution of their supply of Game Pieces before others. Similarly, Game Pieces may be depleted on some forms of packaging before others. Reference Rule X.B. for possible Force Majeure events that could impact the planned Game schedule. 

 

Transfers Of Game Stamps: 

Any transfer, whether by way of sale, loan, gift, handover, gaming or gambling activity or any other manner whatsoever, of any Game Materials, including without limitation, a Game Stamp, by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited. The transfer by a Participant of any Game Materials, including without limitation, a Game Stamp to any other person by any means whatsoever (including without limitation by any of the above-mentioned means) is strictly prohibited except as follows: 

if a Participant who is the potential winner of a Prize wishes to transfer the Prize or the related potential winning Game Stamp, or potential Winning Combination, as the case may be, to another person, subject to these Official Rules that transfer must be requested in writing, signed and mailed along with the Game Materials when submitted to the Redemption Centre before any transfer is made. Authorization may be granted or withheld in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

Any Game Materials (including a Game Stamp) which are determined by the Sponsor to have been the subject of a prohibited transfer are subject to disqualification at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, and any person who is determined by the Sponsor to have been involved (either as transferor or transferee) in a prohibited transfer is subject to disqualification at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. 

Rule IV: How To Play The Game, The Prizes, The Odds Of Winning. 

To play the Game, first obtain a Game Piece. Then carefully peel the Game Stamp from its backing on the Game Piece or from the specially-marked package to which the Game Piece is affixed. Determine if each Game Stamp is an Instant Win Game Stamp, which potentially may win a Prize, or is a Collect to Win Game Stamp which is part of a potential Winning Combination in the Game. Note that Rule VI outlines how to claim an Instant Win Prize, a Collect to Win Prize, as well as provides details and deadlines in the Game. 

1. Bazonzopoly Game Stamp Prize Distribution, Numbers, And Approximate Chances Of Winning (the “Odds”): 

Potential winning Game Stamps are distributed on a generally random basis across the universe of Game Stamps. It is planned that approximately 75,000 game pieces will be distributed during the Game Period. The overall odds of a Participant winning a Prize on a Game Stamp(s) as of the outset of the Game are 1 in 5, based on the planned number of Game Pieces. 

In addition to any terms and conditions noted in each Prize description, all Prizes are subject to the Prize Conditions set out in this Rule IV below. 

Note: The approximate number of Prizes available to be won in the Game, and the Odds of winning Prizes, which are set out in these Official Rules, are stated as of the outset of the Game. The number of Prizes available to be won will diminish as the Game progresses, and the Odds of winning Prizes will change as Prizes are claimed. 

1. Bazonzopoly Instant Win Game Stamps: 

If an Instant Win Game Stamp identifies a Prize that is an Instant Win Prize in the Game (refer to Rule IV.C., D. and .E.) the Participant who possesses that Instant Win Game Stamp is the potential winner of that Prize, subject to verification of the potential winning Instant Win Game Stamp (where applicable) and of the Participant’s compliance with these Official Rules. 

1. Bazonzopoly Instant Win Prizes: 

Based on a random distribution of approximately seventy-five thousand total Game Pieces, it is planned that on those Game Pieces, approximately fifteen thousand four hundred and fifty Instant Prizes will be available to be won at the outset of the Game. The overall Odds of winning a Instant Prize on a Game Stamp as an Instant Win Prize as of the outset of the Game are approximately 1 in 6, based on the number of Game Pieces (each Game Piece comprises two Game Stamps), which it is planned will be distributed during the Game Period. Instant Win Prizes must be claimed in participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers on July 1, 2025. Information to claim this Prize is in Rule VI.

1. Bazonzopoly Collect to Win Game Stamps: 

Collect to Win Game Stamps describe the name of a Bazonzopoly property that corresponds to a property on the Game Board. A Participant must collect and combine all of the original Collect to Win Game Stamps of the same group (or, if applicable, all of the Train and Utility Collect to Win Game Stamp locations) necessary to form a potential Winning Combination for a Collect to Win Prize. The Game Stamp numbers of the Collect to Win Game Stamps that must be collected to form a potential Winning Combination for a Collect to Win Prize can be found on individual Collect to Win Game Stamps, on the Game Board and in Rule IV.G. below. If a Participant collects all of the Collect to Win Game Stamps required to complete a Winning Combination, that Participant is the potential winner of the Prize identified on the applicable Collect to Win Game Stamps and, in Rule IV.G. of these Official Rules, subject to verification of the Collect to Win Game Stamps, of the potential Winning Combination and of the Participant’s compliance with these Official Rules. The Sponsor will not honour and is not responsible for any non- Bazonzoes printed winning pieces. 

1. Bazonzopoly Collect to Win Prizes: 

There are twenty-two total Collect to Win Prizes available to be won at the outset of the Game. The number of Collect to Win Prizes, a brief description of each Prize, the approximate Odds of winning a specified Collect to Win Prize, as of the outset of the Game, and the ARV of each specified Collect to Win Prize are outlined below. See Prize/redemption info in Rules V, VI and VII. 

Collect Oregon Parkway (#426) and Lapeer Lane (#427) to potentially win a Prize of a full line of Wyld and Good Tide products and selected swag. Collect Commissary Court  (#437), Love Lansing (#438) and Capital City Caregivers  (#439) to potentially win a Prize of a stash box with an ounce of Redemption cannabis. Collect Snowhitez Circle (#420) and  iLL Exotics Island  (#419) to potentially win a Prize of a Weed for a Year ($500 a month in Bazonzoes credit).. 1. Bazonzoes Instant Prizes: 

Note: The stated ARVs for Instant Prizes are estimated as of January 2025  and are based upon average price points at Sponsor-owned Provisioning Centers in Michigan. 

1. Bazonzopoly Instant Win Instant Prize Claim/Terms via Game Stamp: 

Game Stamps for an Instant Prize must be claimed at a participating Bazonzoes  only during the hours that cannabis is  served and only on a visit subsequent to the visit during which the Participant obtained the applicable Game Stamp for that Instant Prize. No Instant Win Game Stamp for an Instant Prize is valid in combination with any other offer or discount. Only one Instant Prize redemption is permitted per Participant per visit to a participating Bazonzoes. All visits to the same dispensary within a two-hour period are deemed to constitute a single visit. Some participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers may not offer a particular cannabis item which is a Instant Prize in the Game, or for some other reason that item may not be available, in which case participating Bazonzoes Provisioning Centers reserve the right to substitute an item of equivalent or greater retail value for the Instant Prize specified on the Instant Win Game Stamp for an Instant Prize. In the event that any counters and/or kiosks are closed for any reason, the remaining provisions of this section will continue to apply. Instant Prizes are not redeemable through any  delivery services. Expires on July 1, 2025. 

Forfeiture: 

If, for any reason, a Prize is forfeited, then the applicable Prize will not be awarded, and the potential Prize winner will not have any claim against the Game Entities or against any other person, firm or corporation in respect of the applicable Prize or any matter related to the Game. 

1. General Information For Prize Claim: 

Eligibility Requirement For Claiming a Prize: 

You must be 21+ years of age to claim any prize in the Bazonzoply game. No exceptions. 

1. Steps 

Game Materials sent by a Participant to the Redemption Centre will be reviewed by the Redemption Centre to verify the Participant’s compliance with the Official Rules and to verify that the Participant is making a valid Prize claim. After the Redemption Centre has completed its review of a potential Prize winner’s Game Materials the Redemption Centre will then notify the Participant: 

That the potential Prize winner “is not verified” as having won the applicable Prize, and that the applicable Prize is forfeited. In addition to any other event or situation referred to in these Official Rules which results in, or may result in, forfeiture of a Prize, forfeiture of a Prize will occur if the potential Prize winner does not submit the original potential winning Game Stamp or all of the original potential winning Game Stamps that comprise a Winning Combination, along with the required Game Materials for verification (when required). Note: Neither the Game Entities, the Prize Partners nor any other person or entity shall be liable or responsible for any failure on the part of a Participant to correctly follow, in full, the redemption instructions and procedures contained in or provided for pursuant to these Official Rules. 

That the potential Prize winner “is verified” as having won the applicable Prize. Any potential Prize winner who is verified as a winner of a Prize will receive: 

(a) 

either an email or call with pick up information or the link to claim the Prize directly from the Prize Partner; 

Rule VIII: Disclaimer Of Warranties. 

Subject to the provisions of this Rule VIII, the Releasees (the definition of “Releasees” is in Rule IX) make no warranties or conditions, and hereby expressly disclaim any and all warranties and conditions, express or implied, concerning any Prize offered or awarded in the Game. Subject to the provisions of this Rule VIII, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such Prizes are provided “as is” without warranty or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, and the Releasees hereby disclaim all such warranties and conditions, including but not limited to the implied 

warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. This disclaimer of warranties and conditions does not apply to the warranty or conditions, if any, provided by the applicable Releasees for the Prize it supplied for the Game. 

Rule IX: Responsibility: General Liability And Publicity Releases And Conditions Of Participation. 

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of Game Materials and are advised to obtain insurance. The Sponsor is not responsible for colour discrepancies in or in relation to any Game Stamp(s). The Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, incomplete, stolen or postage-due submissions of Game Materials (or for any submissions which are sent on a “collect” basis), which may be judged void; for any damage to a Participant’s computer system or wireless device which is occasioned by accessing or using the Bazonzoes website by tapping on the Bazonzopoly promotional banner for lost, interrupted, inaccessible, incompatible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, internet service providers, wireless carriers, applications websites (including the Game Website and any other websites accessible in the game website) or other connection; for availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Game or any matter related to the Game; for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions, or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; for any technical malfunctions, failures or difficulties, printing errors or omissions, clerical, typographical or other error(s) or omissions in any materials connected to the Game including, without limitation, in any Game Stamp, Game Piece, Code, Declaration and Release, registration form, iteration of these Official Rules, communication or promotional materials whether written or oral, the offering or announcement of any Prize or in any Prize notification or email or letter; for any errors or omissions or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, interruption of power or technical in nature or other; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Game Materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. 

By participating in the Game and claiming a Prize, each Prize winner hereby releases and agrees to hold the Game Entities, the Prize Partners, the Redemption Centre and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated or related companies, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, franchisees, independent contractors, representatives and service agencies (the “Releasees”), and every director, officer, employee, agent, manager and member of any one or more of the Releasees, harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, bodily injury and property or other damage or loss, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Game or in any activity related to the Game, or participation in any Prize-related activity or activities, or due in whole or in part to the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize or any part or parts of any Prize. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said Prize. By participating in the Game and by submitting Game Materials (if applicable), except where legally prohibited, each verified winner (or, if applicable, each Minor winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of such Minor winner) hereby agrees and grants to the Sponsor and Prize Partners the right, but not the obligation, to use their name, voice and likeness, along with their address (city/town and province/territory) and any statements made by or attributed to such winner in any and all media (including the Internet), now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with the Game and/or other of the Sponsor’s promotions (including, without limitation, any future or other Bazonzopoly Game) and/or any future or other contest or game or promotion of the Sponsor or competition or communications about any future or other contest or game or promotion or competition of the Sponsor or presented or promoted in whole or in part by the Sponsor without further notice, review, approval or compensation, and releases the Releasees and every director, officer, employee, agent, manager and member of any one or more of the Releasees from any and all liability with respect thereto. 

Rule X: Miscellaneous. 

1. Disqualification: 

It is each Participant’s responsibility to ensure that they have complied in full with all of the conditions and requirements contained in these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering or interfering in any way with the operation or conduct of the Game, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the apparent intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Game or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

1. Force Majeure/Printing And Production Errors Or Omissions: 

Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, the Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Game, in whole or in part, or to modify, suspend or extend the Game in any way. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, subject to any governmental approval which may be required, the Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Game, in whole or in part, or to modify, suspend or extend the Game, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Game in any way and for any reason is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions (including, without limitation, computer viruses, computer system overload or any other kind of electronic or other overload, glitches or printing or production errors or omissions) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper play, integrity and/or feasibility of the Game. In the event that, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, the Sponsor is impeded or prevented from continuing with the Game as planned or intended by any event beyond its control, regardless of when such event commenced, including, but not limited to fire, flood, natural or manmade epidemic or crisis, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labour dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), any federal, provincial, territorial or local government law, order or regulation, public health crisis, the order of any court or jurisdiction, or by any other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control, then subject to any governmental approval that may be required, the Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Game. Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded in the Game. The sole responsibility and liability for any irregular Code or Game Piece or Game Stamp is replacement by the Sponsor with another Game Piece or Game Stamp, whichever is applicable, while supplies last, as solely determined by the Sponsor. Replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. If, due to printing or production errors or omissions or for any other reason whatsoever, the number of potential Prize winners coming forward seeking to claim Prizes exceeds the number of each type of Prize as set out in these Official Rules, the Prize winners, or remaining Prize winners, as the case may be, of the number of Prizes described in these Official Rules as being available in the Prize category in question, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, may be selected in a random draw from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such Prize(s). Inclusion in such draw shall be each Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. 

1. Invalidity: 

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for ease of reference and shall not be deemed or considered to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in writing by a duly authorized representative of the Sponsor. Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, employees of the Sponsor, or of any of its franchisees, are not authorized to modify, amend or waive these Official Rules. 

1. Governing Law: 

Subject to any provision expressly to the contrary in these Official Rules, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between one or more Participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Game shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the federal laws of Canada, and in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, including the procedural provisions of those Ontario laws, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause or bring about the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. All Participants, the Sponsor and all other parties hereby attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan, sitting in the United States of America, in respect of the determination of any matter or dispute arising under or in respect of the Game or these Official Rules and agree that any such determination shall be brought solely and exclusively before such courts in the State of Michigan

1. Privacy: 

Information, including personal information, collected in connection with the Game may be shared with the Sponsor’s Prize Partners to the extent necessary to fulfill Prizes. The Bazonzopoly promotional banner in the Bazonzoes website  is hosted on servers in the United States, and the personal information a Participant provides therefore also may be subject to the laws of the United States. Each Prize Partner has its own online privacy policy that differs from the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and the Sponsor encourages Participants to review the privacy policy of any other website they may visit. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Game will be used by the Sponsor in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy.. Subject to applicable law, Participants have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal information by contacting the Sponsor’s Privacy Manager. Withdrawing consent may impact a Participant’s ability to play the Game or win a Prize. 

1. Cooperation in Prize Award Event(s): 

In consideration of being awarded a Prize in the Game, each Prize winner (and if a Prize winner is a Minor, their parent or legal guardian), and, in consideration of being permitted by the Sponsor or a Prize Partner to participate in any applicable Prize, any guest, jointly and severally agree to participate fully and without compensation in any announcement(s) and/or presentation ceremony/ceremonies and/or event or events organized or presented by the Sponsor in its sole discretion related to the granting of a Prize to such Prize winner and/or related to the Prize winner’s and/or the guest’s participation in the applicable Prize, including the use and enjoyment of the Prize.
